A “When” for the Black community

.global-team-1238048[1]

When this moment is looked back upon; Michelle Obama’s Historical speech at the 2016 Democratic convention will be remembered, just as, Fannie Lou Hamer’s “I am tired, of being, sick and tired” when they fought to be seated at the 1964 democratic convention. The Obama’s in the White House, shows the ability of people of color to be leaders as well as followers. The First Lady, Michelle Obama, is campaigning for a former First Lady Hillary Clinton; running for presidency, of the United States. These are historical moments and again black people are a part of it. The outcome of this election will show how far America has come as a true democracy.
