I had the great opportunity to collaborate with a group of progressive women as co-authors to compile life devotions in the recently released “Soul Sisters”. The main author, Ambassador Susan Johnson Cook brought us together to share the many experiences in our lives that perhaps might inspire you in knowing that you’re not alone when life deals you stressful moments, while steps you took were indeed the correct ones for your particular life issue. We wrote on Faith, Laughter, Loss, Sisterhood, Letters to our Sons & Daughters, Love and Legacy as well as many other topics.
You can selected various ways to access the book through Barnes and Noble in store, on line, Amazon.com or Nook & Kindle. The library is always a good source, however I’m not sure when they will have it on their shelves.

Bottom line, Susan Johnson Cook is running for Charles Rangel’s, vacated seat in the U S House of Representatives from New York’s 13th Congressional District. She is a native New Yorker living in the Bronx and Harlem and author of 11+ books to date.
